2.2 You may only hold one registered Account on 69pkr at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under a different identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.3 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 69pkr reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting the registration information at any time. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
2.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the 69pkr Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 69pkr makes no representations regarding the legality of its Services in any specific jurisdiction. Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling regulations may vary and that compliance with applicable local laws is entirely their own responsibility.
2.5 69pkr reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
3.1 69pkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal and at any other time 69pkr deems necessary.
3.2 KYC verification requires submission of government-issued photographic identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and, where applicable, evidence of the source of funds used for deposits.
3.3 Withdrawals will be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. 69pkr is not liable for any delay in withdrawals resulting from a Player's failure to provide the required documentation promptly.
3.4 All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed and stored in accordance with 69pkr's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.
4.1 69pkr accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available deposit methods are displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
4.2 All deposits must originate from payment methods in the Player's own name. 69pkr does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from third-party sources will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may change at 69pkr's discretion.
4.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 69pkr processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Withdrawals page. 69pkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or the Player's bank.
4.5 69pkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be informed if additional documentation is required.
4.6 Any funds remaining in an Account that has been inactive for twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in the applicable fee schedule, which is available upon request from 69pkr support.
5.1 69pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms applicable to that offer, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms when accepted.
5.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 69pkr reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or if the Player has provided false information in connection with a promotional offer.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted in the individual offer terms. Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise stated.
5.5 69pkr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use at the time the change is made.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on 69pkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform.
6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by 69pkr's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except in circumstances expressly permitted under the applicable sport betting rules (such as early cash-out where available).
6.3 In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, 69pkr reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore balances to their state prior to the error. 69pkr accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from such technical errors.

8.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is active, the Account cannot be used for any gambling activity during the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude may not seek to circumvent this restriction by registering a new Account.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the 69pkr platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 69pkr.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 69pkr's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 69pkr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
10.3 The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". 69pkr does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Services.
11.1 69pkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms have been violated, where required by law or a regulatory authority, or at the platform's sole discretion.
11.2 Upon termination of an Account, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to successful KYC completion.
11.3 Players wishing to close their own Account may do so by contacting 69pkr support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any outstanding bets or pending transactions at the time of closure.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international igaming regulatory standards. Any dispute arising between a Player and 69pkr that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team shall be submitted to a mutually agreed dispute resolution process.

12.3 These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits 69pkr's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.1 69pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
13.2 Continued use of the 69pkr Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
